While working on system.. In some times the system will hang due to many programs running on same time.. These type of error will occured when the RAM memory is full... At those situation we can run the task manager and end the program process which we will not need..And free up our RAM memory..
At some times the task manager also hangs due to access of memory load to RAM.. By these situations We can use the inbuilt configuaration to automatically turn off non-responsive programs..

To avail this process on your system... Just follow the steps below...

First go to  Start –> Run –> regedit.

Then navigate to the following key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
In the right side pane, find the key “WaitToKillAppTimeout”, double click it and set the time to wait for not responding applications to come back to normal. The time is in milliseconds. If you want to end the task immediately, give the value as 0.
