Microsoft Excel Shortcut Keys
This is a listing of Microsoft Excel shortcut keys. Some keys are only supported on the new versions of Microsoft Excel.
The shortcut keys below are very useful when you work on Microsoft Excel documents often. Try to memorize some of these keys..

Ctrl + A
Select all contents of the worksheet.
Ctrl + BBold highlighted selection.
Ctrl + IItalic highlighted selection.
Ctrl + KInsert link.
Ctrl + UUnderline highlighted selection.
Ctrl + PBring up the print dialog box to begin printing.
Ctrl + ZUndo last action.
F2Edit the selected cell.
F5Goto a specific cell. For example, C6.
Shift + F5Bring up search box.
F7Spell check selected text and/or document.
F11Create chart.
Shift + F3Open the Excel formula window.
Ctrl + Shift + ;Enter the current time.
Ctrl + ;Enter the current date.
Alt + Shift + F1Insert New Worksheet.
Ctrl + 5Strikethrough highlighted selection.
Ctrl + F9Minimize current window.
Ctrl + F10Maximize currently selected window.
Ctrl + F6Switch between open workbooks / windows.
Ctrl + Page upMove between Excel work sheets in the same Excel document.
Ctrl + Page downMove between Excel work sheets in the same Excel document.

Alt + =Create a formula to sum all of the above cells 
Ctrl + 'Insert the value of the above cell into cell currently selected.
Ctrl + Shift + !Format number in comma format.
Ctrl + Shift + $Format number in currency format.
Ctrl + Shift + #Format number in date format.
Ctrl + Shift + %Format number in percentage format.
Ctrl + Shift + ^Format number in scientific format.
Ctrl + Shift + @Format number in time format.
Ctrl + Arrow key  Move to next section of text. 
Ctrl + SpaceSelect entire column.
Shift + SpaceSelect entire row.


The followings are some mouse shortcuts for Microsoft Excel
